Description: 28-SOIC base replaces wide body (300-mil wide) 28-lead SOIC package on target's SOIC pads. 80C51, PALs Motorola's 68HC05 and Microchip's PIC microcontrollers are the most popular devices in this package. The same base can be used for wider, 330-mil, package which is used mostly for memories. Male header provides access for emulator, SMT SOIC top or ZIF SOIC test socket top adapter. Suitable for SOIC packages with 300-mil body width. Sold as a part of a set with the selected top or on its own.
